ITINERARY

Day 1: Arrival in Leh – Shanti Stupa & Leh Palace Visit

• Experience a breathtaking flight over the Himalayas.
• On arrival, meet our representative from YOUR Ladakh and transfer to the hotel.
• A full day of rest for acclimatisation.
• In the evening, visit Shanti Stupa for a Panoramic view of Leh and explore Leh Palace.
• Overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 2: Sightseeing – Hall of Fame, Magnetic Hill, Gurudwara & Sangam

• After breakfast, embark on a sightseeing tour:
  • Hall of Fame – A war memorial dedicated to Kargil heroes.
  • Gurudwara Pathar Sahib – Built in 1571 to commemorate Guru Nanak’s visit.
  • Magnetic Hill – Witness the fascinating phenomenon where vehicles appear to move uphill on their own.
  • Sangam Point – The confluence of the Indus and Zanskar Rivers.
• Return in the evening and overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 3: Leh to Nubra Valley via Khardung La

• After early breakfast, travel to Nubra Valley via Khardung La (18,380 ft), one of the highest motorable roads in the world.
• Visit to Diskit Monastery, offering stunning valley views
• Reach Hunder Valley and check in at the camp/hotel.
• Explore the sand dunes and enjoy a ride on the unique double-humped camels.
• Overnight stay at a camp/hotel/other.

Day 4: Nubra to Pangong Lake via Shayok, to Leh via Chang La

• In early morning, Drive towards Pangong Lake via Shayok, experiencing mesmerizing landscapes en route.
• Marvel at the turquoise blue waters of Pangong, set against magnificent mountains.
• Enjoy dinner and overnight stay at a camp/cottage/hotel/other at Pangong or a nearby location.

• Visit Thiksay Monastery and the well-known Rancho School (from the movie 3 Idiots).
• Arrive in Leh, check in at the hotel, and enjoy a relaxing evening.
• Dinner and overnight stay.

Day 6: Departure

• After breakfast, transfer to the airport for your onward journey.
• Depart with unforgettable memories of Ladakh.

Payment Terms & Cancellation Policies

Child Policy

• Children below 5 years will be accommodated free of charge.
• Children above 8 years will be considered as requiring an extra bed.

Payment & Booking Policy

• Prices are valid from:

Off-season: 15^th Sept 2024 to 30^th 2025.

Season: 1^st May 2025 to 15^th Sept 2025.

• Rates apply for groups of 1 to 6  travellers in a single vehicle.
• 100% payment must be made before the trip begins.

20% on booking
Next 40% before 14 days of the trip
The remaining 40% before 7 days of the trip

• Final confirmation will be issued upon full payment.
• The vehicle will be provided as per the tour plan (Point-to-Point Basis only).
• No refunds or compensation will be given for unused services/transportation under any circumstances.

Cancellation Policy

• 20% cancellation charge if cancelled 30 days before the tour.
• 30% cancellation charge if cancelled 20 days before the tour.
• 50% cancellation charge if cancelled 10 days before the tour.
• No refund for cancellations within 10 days of departure, after the tour has started, or if interrupted midway.
• Refunds will be processed within 7 to 14 days, depending on the payment method and bank processing time.
