Child Policy
- Children below 5 years will be accommodated free of charge.
- Children above 8 years will be considered as requiring an extra bed.
Payment & Booking Policy
- Prices are valid from 1st Feb 2025 to 31st March 2026.
- Rates apply for groups of 2, 4, 6, 8, or 10 travelers in a single vehicle.
- 100% payment must be made before the trip begins.
- Final confirmation will be issued upon full payment.
- The vehicle will be provided as per the tour plan (Point-to-Point Basis only).
- No refunds or compensation will be given for unused services/transportation under any circumstances.
Cancellation Policy
- 10% cancellation charge if cancelled 30 days before the tour.
- 25% cancellation charge if cancelled 20 days before the tour.
- 50% cancellation charge if cancelled 10 days before the tour.
- No refund for cancellations within 10 days of departure, after the tour has started, or if interrupted midway.
- Refunds will be processed within 7 to 14 days, depending on the payment method and bank processing time.
